Quantum has over 25 servers located in a secured and
environmentally controlled server farm. The server farm is
backed up on a daily basis by tapes that are stored in a
separate location.
The server farm is located in a full
height rack and is supported 24/7 by our network monitoring software
giving instantaneous warning of any potential failure. The
system is supported by a full height UPS with a gas powered
generator should there be a power failure. The server farm is
served by multiple T1's and a backup wireless T1 in case of
physical land disruption.
